My conversion failed — what should I do?
Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge work best). Make sure your file is a valid JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. If the problem persists, email us with the file type and approximate size.
Can you add support for TIFF / BMP / HEIC?
We're working on expanding format support. Email us with your request and we'll prioritize based on demand.
Can I use PDFStick commercially?
Yes. PDFStick is free for personal and commercial use with no restrictions.
Is there an API?
Not currently. PDFStick is built for private on-device processing, so there is no public conversion API. Email us if this is important to you.
